On all new roofs and roof renewals carried out in compliance with current British Standards and codes of practice, we offer our own 10 year guarantee on workmanship and materials at no additional cost.

Major Repairs and Roof Overhauls – up to 2 years

General repairs are not normally guaranteed for more than 12 months. This should not be viewed as a reflection of the standard of workmanship applied to general repairs, rather it recognises the difficulty in providing a meaningful warranty where only certain elements of the roof have been worked upon.

Dependent upon the extent and type of repairs carried out we may be able to offer a warranty of up to 3 years on workmanship and materials but this will be entirely at the discretion of the examining surveyor and assumes that all recommended work has been carried out.
